Case study – Rental lead management web application

Objective:

Rental request (a lead) is generated through the website having more specific and realistic price ranges so that the lead can be forwarded to supplier whose profile matches with the lead details. System controls the lead forwarding methods, i.e auto or manual. Automatic lead screening, lead forwarding to the respective supplier, automatic follow to client and supplier and automatic invoicing to the supplier are the key features of the project. In addition, there the content management module helps to manage website content, admin application helps to set parameters i.e follow-up schedule, fees, supplier management, invoice schedule and lot more.

What we did:

Client had lots of ideas in mind and was non-technical. We discussed about his objective for expecting the new website and admin panel. We divided this huge requirement into the phases and set priorities of each functionalities.

We developed very good form on a website which is being helped generating more and more leads. We developed an Administration application to control entire system behavior. Supplier (Landlords) management module was developed to manage supplier account details, lead screening profile and contact list to whom the lead can be forwarded. An Email Template module is to out to add/edit email content and can set email per event. Client and supplier follow-up module controls the schedule and email template for the same.

We also did database migration from the legacy mysql database to the new mysql database.

Benefit:

Generating lead with more realistic information for landlords, automatic lead forwarding, followup and nice invoice feature has been helping client so greatly that he is able to concentrate more on his core activities.
